Recently, since March 10, 2017, to be exact, anxiety has been a part of my life. I don’t know what causes it or when a panic attack will hit me. Through patience and research, I’ve learned how to manage them to an extent. Even with all the tricks, I’ve learned, sometimes something outside of myself needs to intervene.
Distraction is a great way to get back on track when in the midst of a panic attack. Yesterday it worked for me. I had no idea that 12 minutes outside on my back porch would remedy the severe panic attack I was experiencing at the time. I shared my story on the Clean Body Project site.
